Produced by Klassic craftsmen from hardwearing aluminium, it has excellent heat distribution for even cooking and a flat bottom for improved stability. It can be used with all heat sources other than induction hobs.
The Karahi has easy to hold chunky handles that make it easy to manipulate. They can, however, get hot if left over the heat, so some caution is required. The rim allows for mess-free filling and pouring while the lid helps to retain the heat and prevent splatter.
Cleaning the Karahi is easy, as it is dishwasher safe and it looks good as new wash after wash; but if you wash by hand avoid abrasives that might scratch the aluminium and spoil the finish (although it won’t affect the performance of your Karahi).
