Produced by Wonderchef from hardwearing aluminium, it has excellent heat distribution for even cooking and a flat bottom for improved stability. It can be used with all heat sources, including induction hobs.
The Karahi has an easy to hold German Beechwood handle that make it easy to manipulate.
Cleaning the Karahi is easy, as it is dishwasher safe and it looks good as new wash after wash; but if you wash by hand avoid abrasives that might scratch the aluminium and spoil the finish (although it won’t affect the performance of your Karahi).
